One of my favorite outings in Sydney is going to the fish markets.  Beautiful layers of colorful, fresh seafood instantly sparks my inner chef.  The fresh sashimi is beyond amazing and is sliced fresh into perfect uniform jewel toned bites.  The markets are always a frenzy with tourists, chefs and locals all taking in the sights.

This week, I went early to gather tasty supplies for a small dinner party.  My peachy hued top inspired me to settle on Tasmanian salmon, tiger prawns and mackerel-all delicious!
